Understanding the cultural and culinary significance of coconut in Kerala, the campaign positioned Nestlé’s Coconut Milk Powder as the essential ingredient for traditional Onam dishes. By using dual-language creatives in Malayalam and English, the “Onam Delights” campaign achieved an impressive 3.9% click-through rate, well above the industry standard of 0.2-0.5%. This strong engagement highlights the campaign’s connection with Kerala’s culturally rich audience, motivating users to explore recipes via Nestlé Maggi’s WhatsApp channel.
